Mr. Aijaz Wani leads the Delivery and Sales for Australia and New Zealand region.He has in-depth global experience in the IT services delivery with an outstanding track record in leading and growing small and large business units. In his career spanning over two decades, he has spearheaded successful global delivery, consulting, operations, and people management functions.Mr. Aijaz Wani has more than 18 years of experince in cross-functional experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services and held leadership positions in business development, technical solutions, pre-sales, and delivery.In her current role, Mr. Aijaz Wani heads the ANZ region business portfolio that straddled across sales, presales, and delivery. This role includes overall responsibility and P&L accountability of the ANZ busniess unit.

In his previous role at TechMahindra,where he spent over 11 years, Mr. Aijaz Wani steered the global delivery function of Network business units, where he dedicatedly accelerates the connected enterprise for clients by focusing on Network transformation, infrastructure management, modernization, and digital workplace productivity.In addition to managing IT delivery to large Telco customers across all service lines, he played a significant role in competency build and integrated the delivery and consultancy services under one umbrella. In other previous engagements, Mr. Aijaz Wani held senior roles with Wipro and IBM Global services.

Mr. Aijaz Wani holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronis engineering from Bangalore University.

Ambreen Dhar comes with 20 years’ experience in leading finance teams, developing and executing commercial strategies, risk management, sustainability and performance improvement. Ambreen  joined ATNIS in March 2017. A member of the Executive Council at ATNIS, Ambreen is responsible for the finance function which includes Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Business Planning, Treasury, Taxation, investor relations, etc..

Ambreen Dhar brings a rich experience of over 20 years in the IT & Finance industries and has led teams across various roles in Finance, Legal, Internal Information function among others.Mr. Iranga Pereira is an experienced Financial Oficer with a track record of driving growth and transformation.

Ambreen is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), India, Cost & Works Accountant (CWA), India, Company Secretary (CS), India and holds a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI.

Mr. Deepak Roy  is the Service Unit Head for Digital and Clopud services .He brings with him a rich experience of more than 26 years in the industry. Mr. Deepak Roy has over 20 years of  FinTech experience and has been in various leadership roles across Digital and Cloud Services with leading multinational companies. Mr. Deepak Roy has also worked towards creating innovative Digital Processes and Policies in Accenture where he was working as Senior Technology Manager  – IT Services before moving to Singapore, where he was leading the IT development vertical for NCR corporation Ltd.

Mr. Deepak Roy holds a master’s degree in personnel management and industrial relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and a bachelor’s degree in general law from Mumbai University.

“Joshua Tan” based in Singapore leads two Security Operations Centers globally for ATNIS, staffed by over 50 analysts offering the highest degree of Security-as-a-Service to Customers,ensure compliance with cybersecurity recommendations in portfolios, programs, and projects. Joshua is CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO27001 LA Security professional with more than 20 years experience in the IT security industry gained through senior roles leading service, customer and product teams for globally recognized organizations. Since joining ATNIS 2021, Joshua played a key role in establishing a governance forum with a cross-cluster representation and delegated authority to revise, develop and rolled out a suit of Cyber Security Policies and Security Standards applicable to the IT and OT environment.

Joshua a trusted advisor to ATNIS customers while collaborating with the product teams, partners and R&D teams to ensure continued customer success and safety through innovation and evolution of the security programs and platform.

Prior to ATNIS, Joshua throughout his career, he has engineering leadership roles at Singtel, Crowdstrike and IBM creating and delivering platforms that serve large enterprise and telecom customers.

Mr. Keshav Fernando brings over 25 years of insight and global experience to help clients navigate business challenges and achieve organizational goals across transformation, governance, change management, and drive return on investments.

Based out in UAE, he is responsible for formulating our strategic direction and accelerating digital initiatives for clients, with an aim to strengthen our leadership in technology innovation. Mr. Keshav Fernando acts as an executive sponsor for strategic engagements and enables end to end digital transformation for clients.

Previously, Mr. Keshav Fernando has held leadership positions at Dubai holding and Redington Middle East Technologies. He was member of Redington Executive Leadership team and drove synergies for better business outcomes and facilitated clients transition to digital seamlessly. He led Dubai holding Tech’s Middle east growth from early-stage player to leading partner of choice.

Mr. Keshav Fernando holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the University of Mumbai, India and General Management certification from the Hult International Business School in Dubai.

Mr. Rahul Upadhye is the Business Unit Head-APAC Region, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering comprehensive, innovative platform solutions for enterprises across various verticals, particularly within the BFSI and telecom sectors. His primary focus includes cloud, hybrid infrastructure, AI platforms, automation, cybersecurity, workspace solutions, and IT applications Additionally, he builds alliances and collaborative partnerships with joint go-to-market (jGTM) solutions, ensuring seamless delivery commitments. He is dedicated to fostering competencies and high-performance teams in the APAC region.

As a strategic leader, he is responsible for client-centric relationship management, financial stewardship, and driving transformative solutions. He is committed to excellence and collaborative success in the APAC region.

With 25 years of experience, he has led large managed services engagements, transformation programs, and architecture teams to deliver successful next-generation solutions. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded large-scale transformations globally by designing and implementing strategic platforms for global customers. He holds certifications in TOGAF, TMForum, and Azure, with deep knowledge of IT architecture, transformation, and next-generation solutions.

Previously, he spent two decades at Tech Mahindra, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Regional Delivery Head for ANZ, Solutioning Lead for MEA & APAC, and Enterprise Architect for large accounts in telecom, healthcare, insurance, and manufacturing. His cross-functional experience in IT and hybrid platform solutions, as well as managed services for large accounts, has enabled him to grow the region and acquire new clients.

Mr. Rahul Upadhye holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer from Pune University India. He is based in Sydney

Based in Bangalore, India Mr. Rohith Anandan leads the Application support and development for enterprise customers of ATNIS, and deliver expertise (or appreciation) of industry value chain, client pains & ambitions, and industry best business and IT practices relevant for their client, using of frameworks like TOGAF, Zachmann Framework or DoDAF and modelling tools, to define the enterprise architecture that addresses client’s pains and realizes their ambitions.

Rohith brings a wealth of experience in the IT services industry and a track record of revitalizing businesses to boost growth and profitability. A Engineering graduate of the Bangalore University, Rohith spent over 16 years at Wipro, HCL and Oracle holding various leadership positions in application developments, including for Outsourced Product Engineering, extending Technologies presence across multiple geographies.

Since joining ATNIS in 2021, Rohith has played a key role in setting a ISO 270001 certified offshore web development center across 3 different geographical locations providing full stack of application development and maintenance (ADM) services to large BFSI customer using SUNSET delivery model.

Sami Rayyan, a distinguished leader in the IT services industry, joined ATNIS as its Director-Strategy Accounts for United States and Europe in January 2016 .In a career spanning of 2 decades, he has held leadership positions in NTT, Oracle, NCR and Dell Technologies.Sami brings strategic insight to ATNIS’s leadership team, and deep operational knowledge of driving business growth, furthering partnerships, and leading cross-cultural teams.

Sami has spearheaded the journey of ATNIS from a pure-play Oracle-managed-services service line to a dynamic organization that delivers compelling value propositions built on cutting-edge solutions and robust operations to accelerate customers’ digital transformations. He also conceptualized and implemented a change in the nonlinear delivery framework that led ATNIS’s transformational journey in infrastructure management, and has developed a stellar customer base by focusing on customer service quality.

Sami is a regular speaker in many other Industry forums and also mentors a couple of start- ups in IT transformation Services.Sami holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and master’s degree in business management from University of Kaula Lumpur.

Mr. Umesh Kumbhar leads the Project delivery and Governance for strategic accounts for ATNIS.He has in-depth global experience in the IT services delivery with an outstanding track in defining the profit impact of market strategy (PIMS) of existing Services and delivered SUNSET services model of manage Infrastructure and Cloud services. In his career spanning over two decades, he has spearheaded successful Project delivery for across major Telco, Banking, Retail, and large enterprise customers.

With ATNIS, Umesh also leads the PMO advisory council that sets project priorities based on expected business outcomes alignment with company strategy and resource allocation, this includes defining long term strategy planning with Customer stake holders, Portfolio Managers and Delivery stake holders.

In his previous role at TechMahindra,where he spent over 12 years, Mr. Umesh Kumbhar steered the global delivery function of IT projects and Service delivery , where he dedicate accelerates the connected enterprise for clients by focusing on implementing ITIL framework on large projects and much more comprehensive implementation on the processes, Transition Planning and Support in ITIL mostly focuses on managing service transition projects.

As Chief Strategy Officer and Head of allinaces, Mr. Vipin Kumar is responsible for driving global business growth. His last two roles include Technical and Presales leadership at Amazon, NCR and HCL. He has led the transformation conversations around capabilities in Digital, Cloud, IoT, and BPO. Mr Vipin Kumar has been instrumental in formulating the strategy on design and execution excellence, and has implemented new delivery framework to help customers Imagine, Build, Run the future of their industries, and transformation delivery through game-changing initiatives around process, technology, and people transformation.

Mr. Vipin is a customer-centric leader with a passion for excellence and unrelenting focus on rapid execution handling global teams. He has over two decades of a proven track record across business development, practice development, IT strategy, transformation, pre-sales & delivery for areas such as hybrid cloud, open source/open stack. He was on the panel of Partner Advisory Board of leading OEMs.

Mr. Vipin holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Technology in Electrononics & Communication Engineering from Bangalore University, and Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis International University
